How to use the Wordle helper
- Green lettersFor each green square in the game, type the letter in the same square of the top row.
- Yellow lettersFor each yellow square, type the letter in the same square of the middle row. One square can hold more than one letter.
- Grey lettersType every grey letter in the last box, all together.
- Press “Find words”The most common words come first — they are the most likely answers. Pick one as your next guess.

Is using a Wordle helper cheating?
It is your game: many players use a helper only when they are stuck on the last guesses. The helper never knows the answer — it only lists words that fit the colours you give it.
What if a letter is both grey and green?
That happens when you guessed a letter twice and the word has it once. Type it in both places: the helper then looks for words with that letter only once.
Why are common words shown first?
Wordle answers are everyday words, so the more common a word is, the more likely it is the answer.
Does it work for other 5 letter word games?
Yes. Any game with green, yellow and grey (or similar) colours for a 5 letter word works the same way.
